quizzical
questioning: expressing a question, puzzlement, or doubt in a mocking or amused way
a quizzical glance

Could anyone use it in another sentence?

Thanks

OK I'll use my imagination for this one. Wink

Finding all his belongings on the the sidewalk, he looked quizzically at the girl he'd been living with for three months. "What's going on?" he gasped. "What do you think?" she shot back, raising her eyebrows in a quizzical expression as she turned and walked into the house, slamming the door behind her.

Here's more info in case you need it:

My thoughts: Quizzical is typically used to describe a facial expression of confusion or teasing.

http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=quizzical

1. Suggesting puzzlement; questioning.
2. Teasing; mocking: His face wore a somewhat quizzical almost impertinent air (Lawrence Durrell).
3. Eccentric; odd.

http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?book=Dictionary&va=quizzical

1 : comically quaint
2 : mildly teasing or mocking <a quizzical remark>
3 : expressive of puzzlement, curiosity, or disbelief <raised a quizzical eyebrow>

Quizzical can also be used in this context:

Relating to quizzing: given to quizzing; of the nature of a quiz.

I'm not familiar with this use so if anyone can add a sentence with this meaning, please feel free to do so.
