I don't know the word "en" exactlly mean what,can you help me?

Hi there.
It is a French phrase "en route" which means "on the way to" doing or achieving something.

Hi Yuppysea,
I can see why you are confused! En is not a word in itself. It is a part of en route which comes from the French language. A similar example is en masse.
en route (adverb) - on the way to or from somewhere
The ambulance is en route to the hospital.
En route from New York to Boston, the bus crashed into a stalled car.
The call came from a flight en route from Tokyo to Sydney.
We stayed there en route for London.
Why don't we stop for lunch en route?

The protesters marched en masse to the capitol.
If people do something en masse, they do it together.
The management team resigned en masse.
