As the two words can both mean advantage, are the following sentences correct and identical?
1. ...services that promote the customer's convenience
2. ...services that promote the customer's facility
Any difference between the two? In which sense can they be used interchangeably?

I find the second unnatural, and can think of no instance offhand where they are interchangeable.
