I think this is a correct English sentence gramatically. How about this, though?
2) If you don't receive the book you ordered by tomorrow, please let me know.
It doesn't matter if 1) and 2) have different meanings.

 both sentences can be used and have the same meaning.
The first is a little more polite. The second is more direct and the speaker is more certain that the book will arrive tomorow. |
