How exciting, ronchan! I used to know how to make okonomiyaki, but I lost the recipe. How sad Sad. I remember it had flour and cabbage in it, and that it was fried in a pan. I think it was Osaka style. Someone must have a recipe!

If you try cook OKONOMIYAKI,you need eggs, flour ,cabbage .
And if you like a piece of cheese or sea food in it.

What is the cooking order? Are you supposed to fry the cabbage first? How much flour and how many eggs do you need? Sigh. I forgot everything!

Hello-. I live in Mie. I like Okonomiyaki too Very Happy We can put many ingredient in Okonomiyaki. For example, meat, vegetables and seafoods. I sometimes put rice cake and cheese. It is delicious Exclamation Don't you try that? I also like Chizimi that is famous food in Korea like Okonomiyaki. When I went to Korea, I ate it. It is one of the delicious food in Korea. I bought ingredient of Chizimi thare, so I'd like to cook Razz

Yay! I am taking a vacation in Japan, and last night we ate in an okonomiyaki restaurant in Osaka. Mmmm, delicious.

Hellow~ Very Happy I am from Osaka!!But I live in Tokyo Sad So,I want to eat OKONOMI and TAKOYAKI very much!!!!! If I eat them,I could eat thousands of them Wink Wink When I go back Osaka in sammer , I eat OKONOMI every day!!! I look forward to eatting next off Very Happy
