What does that mean?
Is cuticle the bottom of your feet? the harden dead skin and the part that many people try to get rid of ?

I think cuticles are the little half-moon shapes at the base of your fingernails. I don't know what that means though - keep your cuticles laced ... unless it means she had her hands clasped together so that all of her fingers were interlocked.
