I just watched the famous sitcom Friends, 3rd of Season 4, The One With The Cuffs. in which Chandler gets locked by Rachel's boss in her office, and some lines of which are very confusing to me. Here are these lines:

Quote:
[Cut to Joannas outer office, where Rachel and Sophie work. They are both coming back from lunch.]

Joanna: (locking her door) Oh.

Sophie: Hi! I brought you back a macaroon!

Joanna: Oh great! Ill keep it in my butt with your nose. (She grabs the cookie and walks out.)

so, what dose Joanna mean by Ill keep it in my butt with your nose.?

Thanks in advance

When somebody is trying to curry favour with their boss (or anybody, really) they are said, contemptuously, to be "brown nosing". i.e. they have their nose up their boss's a s s.
This is a very common expression, but it is not quite polite.
So, Joanna is saying, in a humorous way, that she is knows Sophie is trying to curry favour with her.
