Hi! Im Japanese.
I think there are lots of things of Japanese interesting. For example we display a doll on the Doll's Festival of March 3 and we display a doll and KOINOBORI in Children's Day of May 5.
Then we hold the bean-scattering ceremony on traditional end of winter of February. The bean-scattering ceremony is the classic we throw out a bean to the person who made a figure of an ogre, and is said to pay an evil.
Finally Sumo is the Japanese national sport. Recently the people who came from foreign country are in full activity. Sumo is televised but I think young people do not have interest in it. Other Japanese interesting sports that I think are KENDO and KYUDO. KENDO is sports to learn fencing from with a thing of a bamboo sword. KYUDO is sport to shoot an arrow with a bow.
