Hi everybody,
I've been trying to figure this out for quite a time. Is there a difference between a Macintosh and a computer? If there is one, what is it then. Is it true that Macs are easier to manage than computers?
Thanks in advance!

I always use PC.
I have friends who use Macs because they are said to be better for doing graphics and are supposed to be more stable. (don't crash)
I read that Macs have only 3% (or 13%)of the computer market.
There are many more applications available for the PC. |

I use Pcs at work and I think they can make the best things especially in office automation but I have at home only Macintoshes. If you don't want to be bothered by techniques the latter ones are preferable. I'm not here to make any ads but the last version OS X 10.2 is most stable and you can find the major part of the softwares that you want. Don't forget that a certain Microsoft is also a big shareholder of that company.........

Thanks for your replies,
I think it's pretty disturbing to see that many people are not attracted to buy Macs. I use a pc at home, but we have two computer centers at school. One contains only computers, and the other one only Macs. And teachers in our school tend more to use the one containing Macs. What I like about the Macs are that they are very stylish and very easy to use. But I also like my computer even though it crashes sometimes when I doing some serious work on it. New computers and new Macs both have high performances and their "four digit" price range makes me really wonder which one to buy?
Anyway, thanks again for your replies.
