I am conceiving the pronunciation of 'moral' and 'mortal' to be the same.
Am I right? Please let me know.

Thanks.

No, the pronunciation of "moral" and "mortal" are not the same.
The beginning of both are "more" but the second one has (in my dialect of American English) what sounds like a "d" in the middle. I would expect some dialects to have more of a "t" sound.
