Ok, have been only once to the states (manhattan and long island) but whants to try out something else.
Anyone have experience from Las Vegas, tips n tricks what to do and NOT to do there for a first timer...

Lots of Vegas experience. What do you like to do? What are your interests? What do you normally seek out in a vacation experience? I could say "do this" or "do that", but if it's not your thang, you might find it boring.
