Twisted Evil Twisted Evil i think people in japan use too much katakana when they speak so,i myself have a habit of using katakana too .how do i break this habit . Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

I am very confused. I thought katakana was a writing system. How can you speak it?

カタカナは嫌いじゃないんだよ...I think what he means is that people use too many foreign loanwords (which are written in katakana) when Japanese words are available to say the same thing, which causes confusion for older people who aren't as aware of English and its slang uses.
