My mother lives in the country and has no idea for the special festival for herself. I haven't send any present to my mother for the Monther's Day, and just gave her a call. She was alway surprised for my greeting but smile with appreciation. This Sunday is Mother's Day again. I will send her a gift instead of the greeting.
May all mothers have a good life.

Your mom is sooo lucky to have you.

I am gonna take your step: call my mom and send her a gift. I live 2000km far away from my mom, so the gift will be kinda late, but I guess my mom will be happy after Mother's day.

Flowers are a traditional Mothers' Day gift. You can never go wrong with flowers. If not that, you can try sweets or a fruits basket. If you live with your mother or nearby, you can give her the gift of your time: allow her to take a rest on that day and you do all the cooking and/or cleaning.

Oh, and Happy Mothers' Day to you, Rose. Does your little girl know she is supposed to be nice to you on that day? Wink

That's a neat idea. sadly, my mom is living in my hometown, far away from me. therefore, I will try some sweet.
