How long have you not been to the movie theaters since all kinds of DVDs are so available? Do you think there would be one day that no people will ever go to the theaters any more, instead, they will just sit at home watching the DVDs?
As for me, my two best friends and me had made a pact of watching all the Harry Potter movies in the theater together after watching the first HP movie, which was, of course, fabulous. However, we only had time to watch the second HP movie together since we were quite busy. Besides, as students, the movie tickets are still a little beyond our reach. DVDs are, for most of the time, cheaper than the movie tickets. You can also get the special feathers attached to it and you can watch it over and over again. Some films like Lord of the Rings, tremedous as it is, is a little too long to watch at the theaters that you cant even drink anything while watching for fear that you are going to miss some parts while going to the restroom...

Although I love the feeling of sitting in the cinema, enjoying my popcorn, to have a better view of the scenes I still buy DVDS more often than go to the cinema. For one thing, you can enjoy your movie again and again, esp when they worth it. For other, the tickets fees are still too high for odinary people. They work very hard to earn some money, and the cinema still asks more.
I also consieder the last point you make, about why we buy DVDs. It's a very intersting one. |

DVDs. The theater is nice but it only takes one rude person to ruin the experience. I like the ability to rewatch a film until I get out of it all that I desire. |

I prefer going to a theater!! A big screen and powerful sounds make an impression of a movie, and I love that excitement before a movie starts. I often watch DVDs which
Ive already seen in a theater, but its usually boring to me Not that Ive already known that story, because there are no edges. Sometime there are films which we dont need to go theater, but we cant find it without going to theater. Now we can buy or rent DVDs cheap, but a ticket is expensive. I sometime give up going a theater, but I love movies in theater anyway. |

I prefer privious, theater.
DVD is surely convinient and cheap.
But always staying at home and enjoying the exellent movie only myself
is not my choise.
Go to theater with some friends ,choose a wonderful day and see a good
film ,which seems a happy thing to me .
And surely , theater gives you the fellings just different from staying before the TVset.
That's why I choose the theater |
