What would "Call in Fritz" mean? It's a title of a section that talks about dilemmas in business.

We usually say, "call someone in", when a situation arises that the person is best capable of handling. It must be that Fritz is the best person to handle a particular dilemma so you should call him in.

There is no Fritz in the story so perhaps it's a famous person.
Could be Dr. Fritz, a gohast?
