What do you call those in English?

1) It is the thing in the back of my toys such as cars, that if you turn it, then the toy will move.

2) It the the moving/running caption on TV news program. That has the headlines of the news, but it is moving. And it is usually at the bottom of the screen.

Thanks!

1. If it's clockwork you call it the key.

2. The news wire, (maybe).
