Hello,
Is there any difference between "an ability to be and remain happy" and "the ability to be and remain happy" in:
How does one develop an/the ability to be and remain happy?
I thought I should use "the" because such ability is specific.

Yes, you should use 'the' since you are referring to something specific. |
