'It was agreed that the company would not raise its price.' can be used instead of 'It was agreed that the company not raise its price.' ?
If it's possible, which one is more common expression in your country?

Yes your would-sentence is fine, too. And it is probably more often used than the subjunctive form. Except for the formulaic subjunctive, the use of that mood is slowly dying out of English.
