Hello, I a Chinese girl and I am from a beautiful city called Suzhou. I think a large majority of culture in China is similar. I know that people in different place eat different food in spring festival, such as, in south of china people must have fish in spring festival while dumpling must appear in north of china.

Now I am study in Wuxi, and know some culture in Austria. Our teacher said the most made she cannot belief that in western countries, if a teacher ask a student to go out, the student will leave the classroom and not come back; but in China, the student always do not leave the room.

Do you know any culture difference? Please tell me.
Razz

Of course ,There are some culture differences between different countries, even between different regions in ssme country.

For examples, people in British are more serious than poeple in North America;people in middle East are more partial to Islamic religion than people in other countries, they take their beliefs very seriously;people in Australia are more relaxing than people in North America, they don't have tense lives'beats as same as people in North America; Japanese are more industrious and hardworking than people in some Asia countries.

I have a few chinese friends who they are living in north America, they are also study hard and work hard, they are very intelligence, they don't like the environment of mainland China, they told me that the corruption and social unfair in China are very serious although the economy has improved a lot since they began free-market reform. They also hope China will practise politic refome someday, but now they don't consider going back China until the mainland Chian become free and democratic country in the future.

Sweetie, I am sure you have a huge problem with China. I guess that you must have got a lot of terrible memories from China or Chinese people. I am sorry for your frustrated memory. but just try to think about things in a cool way, ok?

Every country has her own problem, not only China. but you have such a hatred toward China, that means that you have a huge problem in the bottom of your heart. Maybe your problem is more awful than China's problem and your country's problem. sweetie, your Chinese friends don't like China's environment, that's ok, China is getting prosperous without your Chinese friends Laughing honey, just tell them to take care of themselves, and if they have more time, ask them to take care of you too. Laughing

Sweetie, I am gonna tell you something maybe you don't wanna listen to: there are a lot of Chinese students who study abroad wanna come back to the mainland of China. they wanna return their motherland with their skills and knowledge. my sister was one of them. she got her PH.D in Germany, but she came back home 2 years ago, so did her friends. sorry to let you down again.

Try to be kind and generous, don't be always angry, angry, angry...you will be happy if you have a great heart. believe me. Laughing
