All my friends told me that I'm not fat and I'm skinny. Well, I think that I'm in stage between skinny and chubby, you know what I mean.
I can't say I'm on a diet,but I'm trying to lose just little bit a weight.
I exercise regularly,, but Is there any way to lose weight without feeling humgry????

Drink a lot of water. It's good for you and will make you less hungry.

I have a same worry which you have.

I'm so chubby. So I'm worried about myself.

A few months ago, I succeeded in losing weight.

Then, I lost weight about 5kg.

From now on, I tell you how to lose weight.

You have to don't eat anything from 6 p.m.

And you'd better turn a skipping rope thousand in a day.

And you'd better try to eat vegetables in your meal.

And try to positive thinking !

I'm sure Everything goes to well !

I would like to lose my weight, too. Shocked
I think the best way to loser weight is an exercise.
Because an exercise can help you to control you weight.
You should go to a sport club 3 times per week or more.
If you often exercise, your weight will lose.
Your shape will be slimmer than now and you will feel active.
But if you have no more time for exercise at a sport club,
you can buy VCD about aerobic Cool .
It can help you, this way is appropriated for someone who has a
firm intention.I didn't choose this way because I'm quite lazy.
If you don't want to exercise,

If you want lose weight,you must eat most protein same fat and few carbohydrates.
So your body use the fats for to create energy.

there is a great book out that says that different body types get fat on different types of food. So while eating protein keeps me skinny and bread makes me fat. ..you might be just the opposite. I don't remember the name of the book. But if you search on the web you could find some good info.

Moral of the story is don't do everything that everyone tells you to.
