1. I have three news articles to tell you.
2. I have three news to tell you.
3. I have three pieces of news to tell you.

(It is referring to newspaper articles.)

Which is correct?

Thanks.

Sentence 3 is correct.

To make sentence 1 correct, rewrite it: "I have three news articles to tell you about."

To make sentence 2 correct, rewrite it: "I have news articles for you."

Sorry, for sentence 2 I meant to say:

"I have news for you."

'news' is uncountable. The 's' on the end is just the spelling and doesn't indicate that the word is plural.

Thanks to CP and emile, it is very clear now. And yes, news is uncountable but I had forgotten it.
