Thanks. If it is not at corners, but on opposite sides of the same street, but not facing each other, can I say:
A Sever-Eleven is diagonally across from the McDonald. |

Yes, that is what kitty-corner or cater-corner means. The northwest corner is cater-corner from the southeast corner. Otherwise, they are just across the street from each other. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
