Dear teachers, I need your help in something I've never done before: translating sentences from Portuguese to English. Could you please tell me if there's something wrong/strange in the sentence below (it belongs to a CV):
Management and control of investments, Projects Economic and Financial viability analysis at all the company levels. The efficient analysis of projects and investment possibilities, in accordance with the effective following of the expected results, allowed the rational usage of resources and the decision making over investments within a technical point of view and perfectly adjusted to the capital structure necessary to business.
(Don't worry if something doesn't make sense, cause it didn't do much sense in Portuguese either).
