Hello!
What is the most important thing in preparing for the listening part of the
TOEFL?
Which strategy can help me to prepare for the listening part of the TOEFL?
What mistakes do people do when they are preparing for
the listening part of the TOEFL?

Thank you.

Eiither do I prepare the Toefl. As far as I can help you I think the best preps are:

1- Watch english spoken movies with english subtitles (this will help you to understand the way words are said)

2- Try to learn the most you can the common spoken english vocabulary used in the university (because the TOEFL mesures your ability to understand what you will hear there)
