I live in Japan. I am a college student. There are many famous foods in Japan. In particular sushi, tempura and sukiyaki are famous in the world. I like sushi very much. But I dont like sukiyaki. What do you like Japanese food? And what do you dislike Japanese food? There are many strange foods in Japanese foods. But they are beyond expectation good taste. Of course there are many bad taste foods in them. Are there any strange foods of your country? I feel other cultures are stranger than Japanese. But other countrys people feel same as mine. |

Anyone here like natto?
I am an American. I like many different types of Japanese food but
I really love natto. I'm told I'm kind of unusual because I like natto,
and many Japanese people don't even like it.
Tell me what you think of natto. |

I like Japanese food. For example, tempura, okonomiyaki, udon and so on.
But I don't like nattou. Nattou's smell is bad for me. So, I couldn't eat only a single grain. |

I'm Japanese , and I can eat Natto
you are right, some japanese (particular west area in japan) don't like it.
The reason I've heard seems to smell awful,
However ordinary japanese think that is healthy and taste good
In JAPAN, To keep our health is to eat Natto in the morning !! |

If you mention the Japanese culture, it probably is the poult celebration.
That in the event which is done in March, the poult way decorates the doll which is said. |
