Hi, Im 20years old girl in Japan. Very Happy
I have a question for you. Which do you regard Looks or personality when you fall in love with someone?
In my view, I regard a personality important so I dont fall in love with someone at first sight.
How about you?

Which do I prefer -looks or personality?Honestly at first,I prefer looks ,then after some period of time, then I prefer personality. Why?

Because when we meet opposite sex friends,we get first impression, this first impression is very important for us to decide whether we are willing to contact with them any more,or establish deep relationship with them.Good looking is certainly important for being attracted, but various people have different views about good looking, one person may regard an opposite sex partner beautiful or pretty, but another person may regard that opposite sex partner ordinary or normal, this depends on our own taste of love.Furthermore ,good looking will disappear when people age, nobody will keep her or his pretty look forever, this is why many people prefer personality rather than good looks.

Good personality means that the person has good education, sense of humour, thoughtful, and so forth. If that person has perfect personality, the person's personality doesn't disappear when she or he ages,if you live together with this kind of opposite sex partner, you will alway enjoy his or her kindness and happiness life.

I don't know... I can't deny that the way a person looks is important. For example, I prefer older men to younger ones; my ex-boyfriends were usually fifteen or twenty years my senior. I don't remember having ever felt deeply atracted to boys of my age, even when all my friends considered them gorgeous....

On the other side, it's possible that this preference of mine is more related to personality than to appearance; i.e., I probably feel atracted to older men because of their traits of personality, rythm, ideas, and views, not because of the way they look.
