1. With tax season finally running its *course*...
Is it about the "period of time" or more like an "event"?
2. Is it "grammar" structure or "grammatical" structure?
3. collocation
Definition:
co-occurrence of words: the association between two words that are typically or frequently used together
Is it about how words are commonly used together or about how words are used from a grammatical aspect?
4
Come on through to my office= Come to my office
Do they mean the same thing?
5
Desperado=wanted criminal?
How are they different in any way?
Thanks |

1. Since we are talking about season, 'course' should mean time.
2. Grammatical structure.
3. Words commonly used together.
4. Yes.
5. When we say desperado we mean a desperate criminal or an outlaw and it implies he is also the most wanted criminal. |
