1) The goods on display are all very dearly priced.
2) The goods on display are all very highly priced.

I never came across such an expression (native speakers might have), but I have a hunch that postposing dearly after priced should sound better.
2) The goods on display are all very highly priced.
People can be highly paid, but things are usually priced high.
The goods on display are all priced high . |
