I am all worked up.
I think this sentence can mean many thins.
Can it mean, "I am exhausted, and I can't do it anymore" as well? |

For this situation, you can say, I am overworked. |

| I'd take it to mean the person is stressed or anxious, or some other strong emotional state. It can be a positive thing (you could be worked up over spending time with someone you're passionate about) but I think it usually implies a negative, such as being worked up over exams ('there are so many and I haven't even started revising!'). |
