If you want a post deleted, the best way is to click on the ! by the post and report it. I check all the reports. I delete posts that I see are advertising, porn, etc., but sometimes I miss those that are inside other posts, or don't have an obvious title.

I don't know if the post you were referring to was one of the 10 posts advertising cell phones that I deleted today, or if you had something else in mind, because I didn't see this until after I'd done those, and the one under yours is now one of missdaredevil's.

I will follow better procedures next time and just use the exclamation tag next time. I have changed the title so that it's not confusing.
