1.The writer can *vouch for* their ability to tantalize one's palate.

What does that mean?

1. guarantee somebody's behavior: to give an assurance that somebody will behave well or appropriately

2. guarantee authenticity of something: to guarantee that something such as a document or statement is accurate or genuine

2. Our shop is open on Monday.

or
Our shop is open on Mondays.

Thanks

Thanks

# 2 is closer in meaning. The idea is to have personal experience/knowledge and then to speak from that experience/knowledge. Here, the writer is saying that the foods really are tantalizing (delicious/wonderful/very tempting).

Both are fine, but they mean different things.

Our shop is open on Monday. (on a particular Monday)

or
Our shop is open on Mondays. (generally)
