I don't like 13, 23, 33. And the last three sentences require eats.

Hello Mister Micawber

Thanks a lot for your kind help.

Are Q12, Q22, and Q32 natural? Aren't they clumsy or awkward at all?

Thanks!

Although in written English we might tend not to put these short related statements into separate sentences, they are certainly not clumsy or awkward; quite the contrary, they are clear and concise. (This applies to both the this and that sentences.)

Hello Mister Micawber

Thanks a lot for your quick and kind help.

By the way, you live in Yokohama but your name does not sounds like Japanese. If you don't mind, would you tell me where you spend your life before you were about 20 years old because I'd like to know your background to understand your instruction better and deeper.

But if you do, please skip this request because it's a highly personal question.

Thanks!

I don't mind personal questions, but I think my signature says it all, Tetsu.
