Hi,
1. My watch needs repairing. It _________ the right time.
A. wont tell; B. doesnt tell; C. hasnt told;
I dont know which is/are correct.
2. The wallet was returned to Mr. Hopkins without anything ______.
A. missing; B. missed;
It seems to me that both of them are correct. What do you say?
Thanks.

1. "It doesn't tell the right time" is correct, because the sentence is in the present tense and you are talking about the condition of the watch.
2. "without anything missing" is correct. There is nothing missing from the wallet. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
