one:Vietnam has gradually been reforming its economic systme from command economy into free-market economy for more than ten years.

Is this sentence natural?

Two:what does "well-being"mean?how to use it?

I think it sounds more natural with 'a' before command economy and free-market economy, and make sure you spell 'system' correctly Wink. Personally I'd write 'has been gradually reforming', I think it sounds better with the information about the time period at the end of the sentence.

'Well-being' is basically a person's health or happiness (their 'being well' really). You can ask about someone's well-being by inquiring if they're well, if they're happy and so on - you don't really ask a person 'how is your well-being?'. If you're worried that a situation might upset someone or make them sick, then you're concerned about their well-being. And whenever you make a decision, you should always consider the well-being of your family!
