Hi, guys. How's it going?
Here's my guestion.
Does "trouble's afoot" means "We've got trouble." or "Trouble's here" sort of thing?
'Cause I tried to interpret for my brother in Chinese, and couldn't do it well. So.....PLS, and TKS.  |

If you say that a plan or scheme is afoot, it is already happening or being planned, but you do not know much about it. For example:
Everybody knew that something awful was afoot. |
