Hi,
It's very good the be vegetarian. If U can't, try to eat more veggies than meat. But U got to be patient : in the long run, at least 6 months time, U 'll see the result : U'll younger, feel better in your body, look thinner, got a nicer looking skin.... Believe me and try to stick to your vegetarian diet. U'll be surprised !!
