2. You don't look well.

Do the above sentences mean the same? If not, what do they mean? Thank you!

'You don't look well' means that the person doesn't look healthy. 'You don't look good' means that there's something wrong with the person's appearance, including whether they look healthy, whether they're dressed nicely etc. People usually mean it in the same sense as 'you don't look well' though.
