Hello, teachers.
Is it possible to paraphrase "to define someone's worth" to "decide someone's value"?
Thank you in advance!

Worth and value mean the same thing but define and decide do not.
So you are close, but not exact.
Define means to give the exact meaning of something; to describe or explain the scope of something; to make clear.
Decide means to come to a resolution as a result of consideration.
So you have to decide the worth of something or somebody before you can define it. |

Thank you for your answer, asterix-san!
Then, "Sometimes people decide your value by your opinions." is acceptable?
