Hallo!
I am Japanese.
Do you like sushi? Sushi is Japanese food.
Most Japanese like sushi. But sishi is eaperience.
Once I worked sushi bar. Meny people come sushi bar every day!

Mine would be Maguro and Hamachi~ Smile

Of course I love to drink Sake when i eat sushi! Sushi is very expensive in Japan, so I didnt go often. I also like Salmon sushi and Eki sushi.

I am Baekhanhui that live in Korea. :)
I do not like super rice:(
But, I will introduce about our country food.
Our country is famous Kimchi.
However, because Kimchi tastes hot, other country people do not like many.

U-jin: I think the secret of making good sushi is using fresh fishes.
In my sushi bar, every morning very fresh fishes are stocked.
So my sushi bar's sushi are very delicious!

Hi, I'm Song, I come from Thailand. Although I'm Thai but I really love sushi especially Gunkan. It is a small cups made of sushi rice and dried seaweed filled with seafood, etc. There are countless varieties of gunkanzushi, some of the most common ones being sea urchin and various kinds of fish eggs.
At first that I ate sushi I think it is very delicious and it is the lovely food because its shapes is interesting and colorful. I used to hear sushi is the most famous Japanese dish outside of Japan, and one of the most popular dishes among the Japanese themselves who usually enjoy sushi on special occasions. But I think sushi is not only the most famous Japanese food, but also one of the most popular among Japanese and non Japanese.
Oh! you know ? I want to learn cooking sushi because I will eat sushi everyday.And do you think like me? I will be very happy if I eat sushi.

Before I came to Korea I didn't eat much sushi, but I tried it a few times back home. Nowadays I eat it about once a month. My favorite is tuna, but I really like some of the other kinds, as well.

My favorite, thought, is raw octopus.

when i ate sushi first time , i feel it was not so delicious like people said . After i had eaten for seberal times, I am sure l like it , it is esthetical in some respect . Smile

I'm glad that I know there are many people which like sushi.
In the first time, I don't think sushi is delicious, too.
But, I like sushi now.
