1. You know what my friend! I think every career is good. The most important matter is that how good you do in your career.
2. I like girls who have strong characters.

1. the sentence means that any job is a good job if you are good at it. if you are working in a pet store and you know nothing about animals, or you don't like animals, then you will not be representing your company well by being able to help customers or answer their questions.
"(Do) you know what? I think that every career is good but the most important thing is that you are good at it."
2. this sentence is well written.
