The color refill kits come with a 2oz bottle of each color ink.
=======================================

I have known that we can not use "each" with "uncountable nouns".

In this sentence, "ink" is an uncountable noun.

So.. is this sentence correct?

"Ink' can be a countable or uncountable noun.

Here "ink" is a singular countable noun.

In this case ink is a countable noun, because you're talking about different varieties or types of ink. Colour printers usually use three colours of ink (cyan, magenta and yellow) as well as black (the black probably isn't included in a 'colour refill' kit though!). The printer uses these 3 or 4 inks to mix different colours on the page.

Think of the countable version as talking about a specific type of ink, and the uncountable version as talking about the amount of ink itself.
