Which is correct?
1.He is standing at the back of the classroom.
2.He is standing in the back of the classroom.

3.Is there any difference between "at the back of" and "in the back of"?

Thanks

Both are OK. No real difference here.

Basically people use the preposition "at" in this case. But 'in' is not wrong if thats the position you want to use.
So in the end, both are correct.
