Have you read the dream of red mansion? just one thing confused me a lot: JiaBaoYu was a sissy guy, wasn't he? then how come so many beautiful girls were in love with him? He wasn't charming!
What do you think?[/quote]

I have seen " The dream of red mansion" already. It was a sad movie. But i didnt really understand about the ending of this film Question . JiaBaoYu looked like a girl than a boy. When the film was the end, i regreted for JiaBaoYu, i dint know why Question Question

About the history of China. Perhaps i know much about history cbout China. China have brought their history on films was so good. It's so easy to remember. The actors and actresses acted very good.

My favorite book is Gone with the wind. I like the typical women like Scarlet Wink

BCT I think you have strayed into what you might call a patronizing attitude.

I'll tell you asterix, I don't know if you are joking with me, or serious.

The "thread" is the original subject of the post, which is "Which one is your favorite book." Where I was discussing some basic principals of philosophical Daoism.

I wasn't talking about the readers of this forum, I was talking about the relative simplicity and depth of the subjects "philosophical Daoism" and "favorite book."

Many times the ladies or scholars are more interested in 諸葛亮 than the other heroes. Are you a lady or a scholar? Very Happy

You are absolutely wrong!!! Bsically, women don't like 三国志 at all!

We are not interested in 诸葛亮, or 赵云, or 曹操,司马懿......whoever in 三国志!

Speaking as one who loves 三国志 (doesn't it look nice in Chinese?).
I would have to admit to BCT that I was pulling his leg.

I may be partially wrong, but I'm not absolutely wrong. I know at least two Chinese women that like Romance of the Three Kingdoms(三国志).

I'm pretty sure they were women because we were lovers. Shocked
