I am looking for an Offline browser, which suit my basic requirement.
Do suggest me if you know any.. having following feature
1) organizing and categorizing web page
2) save and organize web page and links
3) sharing saved web page
4) annotate or edit web page
5) easy save option
etc... |

I used "IE Snapshot 1.03" yesterday, but not happy with it. It does not allow me to annotation web page, which i need more while making online notes.
