|

I have a formal technical document and need to state a operation prerequisite indicating that Equipment A has passed the test. Shall I say:
Equipment A has passed the test.
Equipment A passes the test.
Equipment A test passed.
I feel so unsure. Please suggest a good one if none of the above sounds ok.
Thank u so much. |

In technical documents and newspaper headlines, structure words (like prepositions, articles, etc) are usually omitted and only content words are used. So you might say:
Equipment A passed test.
Equipment A tested OK. |
