Ex: I went to the bank at 2 o'clock.
at 2 o'clock is a prepositional phrase, is o'clock a noun? How about 7:00 PM? Is 7:00 PM a noun too? Thanks!!

So Prepositional Phrase doesn't have to end in a noun? I learned that Prepositional Phrase has to end with a noun. I'm soo confused. Thank you.

2 is the noun, o'clock is the adverb. The whole thing (2 o'clock)could be treated as a noun.
