*Which is grammatically correct ?
1. This is the most beautiful place I have visited [(a)so far / (b)till now].
2. [(a)In spite of / (b)For all] his wealth, he has just a small house.
3. This free counseling service is [(a)open / (b)available] to all students.
4. We have been [(a)helped very much / (b)much helped] in the work
by him.
*A certain dictionary says (a) is correct, but (b) is incorrect. I wonder why.
(a) This book is impossible for me to read in a day.
(b) This book is possible for me to read in a day. |

2. For all his wealth, he has just a small house. [Both are all right, actually.]
3. This free counseling service is available to all students.
4. We have been helped very much in the work by him. [But both are OK.] _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
