In sports, it may be called a "post-game meeting," or just "post-game" for short. That term can be used as a general post-activity meeting as well.
Sometimes you hear "debriefing" used, when the people who attended discuss what occurred with each other and/or with people who did not attend.
You will also hear such a meeting called a "post mortem," borrowed from the coroner's office or the medical examiner's office, and it is straight from Latin, "after death," meaning an autopsy.
