Please help me proofread the following sentences for presentations.

1) It is impossible to engage or to make any promise in conflict resolution when one of the parties refuses to listen.
2) I confronted my supervisor about late payment and we will process money transferring to your account as soon as possible. Sorry for the late payment.
3) It would be great if we could come to an agreement by next Friday.
4) We have a big advantage because we are the only stationary company in town.
5) I have appreciated your cooperation throughout these negotiations and am happy to make an agreement.
6) It seems like they prefer keep their company name rather then creating a new one.
7) We prefer plan A rather than Plan B.
Cool In the past I have had little respect for that client, but today she spoke cordially and listened to my point of view.
9) According to the request you asked for last time, it is kind of unrealistic.
10) Would you please write down your questions and your concern and send them to my e-mail? I will write up a letter of intent to discuss them next week.
11) I hope we can reduce the mistake as many as possible in order to satisfy customer needs.
12) He has such a loud voice; he tends to dominate the conversations.
13) My contract says that I am entitled to full benefits after six months of employment.
