What's the difference between 'You know what?' and 'guess what!'?
Can you give me an answer with some examples?

Probably no real difference. Both are used to interest the other person in some bit of news that you want to tell. But neither is a very sophisticated way to open a conversation, and I have heard people complain that they are appropriate for children but not adults.

But, you know what? If you like them, say them.
